We've done away with physical cards! You no longer need them, now you will carry your Bono on your mobile phone. In this way we are doing our bit for the environment by avoiding the issuing of cards.
In this way, we also put an end to the administration costs.

Discount on Speedy Pass, Interactions, Terror Passages and Zoo Train: Discount only applicable in person, on presentation of your valid Parks Pass. The discount is valid on the train from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Discount in shops and restaurants: Valid until 31 December 2023. Discount only applicable to: (I) restaurants (except vending trolleys, vending machines and Jack's Fish Market Cocktail Pier), (II) merchandising (textiles, soft toys, ceramics and similar), except in the Bookshop, vending trolleys, (III) souvenir photo of the day (the Zoo Dolphin photo must be paid for in advance at the photo kiosk) and (IV) any other products and services that are published on the website of each park from time to time. By way of example but not limitation, the discount will not be applicable in any case to: Car Park, Consignments, Baby Carriages, Electric Scooters, Gepesito and any type of pastime. Discount cannot be combined with other offers and/or promotions. It is essential to present a valid Parques 2023 voucher.
