Purpose and legitimacy

Personal data (e-mail address or telephone number) and non-personal information contained in the surveys in which you participate (surveys aimed at finding out how satisfied our customers are with the products and/or services purchased, your experience and possible suggestions and to prepare market analyses and studies (quantitative and qualitative) to know our positioning in the sector and whether our customers would purchase our products and/or services again) will be treated as an additional criterion to prepare your profile and send you, by any means, including electronic means, commercial information, discounts and promotions on products and services of the European companies of the Parques Reunidos Group that may be of interest to you. This processing will only be carried out if you have expressly authorised the sending of the aforementioned commercial information and provided that you also give your express consent specifically for this purpose. Addressees

  • Your personal data may be communicated to Public Authorities, Judges, Courts and/or the Public Prosecutor’s Office if it is necessary to comply with the legal obligations applicable to the data controller in accordance with European Union Law and/or the internal legal system.
  • Personal data may be processed by service providers contracted by the controller. These service providers will only access and process your personal data to perform their services on behalf and for the account of the controller, always following the instructions of the controller and without at any time using them for their own purposes and/or unauthorised purposes.
  • Personal data will not be transferred internationally. However, we remind you that, if you consent to the sending of commercial information or that the information contained in the surveys to which you respond is processed as an additional criterion for drawing up your profile in order to send you such commercial information in accordance with your interests, your personal data will be processed within the European Economic Area (by the provider operating the email marketing platform contracted by the Controllers). However, it is possible that, in case of exceptional situations such as a disaster recovery (process to recover data and functionalities in case of system interruption caused by a natural or man-made disaster), your personal data will be processed outside the EEA (international data transfer), for which it may be necessary to process your personal data even in countries that do not offer a level of protection comparable to the level offered by the European data protection regulation (e.g. in the USA), also in the latter case, binding contractual commitments have been entered into with such provider and appropriate security measures are guaranteed to be in place to ensure that your personal data are at all times processed with a level of protection adequate and comparable to that required in the EEA in accordance with the terms and safeguards described in the Privacy Policy.

Rights

At any time you may withdraw your consent or exercise your right of access, rectification, opposition, deletion, limitation, portability and not to be subject to automated decisions, including profiling, by sending your request along with a copy of your ID card or equivalent official document by which your identity can be verified, to the DPO via the email address or postal address indicated above. Remember that you can also unsubscribe and stop receiving commercial communications through the link that will be incorporated for this purpose in each of the commercial communications that you may receive if you give your express consent to do so. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency to safeguard your rights at www.aepd.es.
